Mohammed is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in telecommunications and technology infrastructure development. His career began with global industry leaders AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where he acquired deep expertise in telecom networks, infrastructure design, and project execution.

As CEO of Modern Alliance Group and High-Speed Network Solutions, he led enterprises that actively invested in and delivered advanced solutions in information technology and environmental technologies. Both companies are committed to supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 through technology-driven initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Mohammed’s client portfolio includes some of Saudi Arabia’s most critical organizations—such as Saudi Aramco, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Defense—and leading telecom operators. Their scope of work spans advisory and consulting through end-to-end solution delivery across IT, telecoms, and data center environments.

Dr. Bahattab is an accomplished computer scientist, inventor, and technology leader with more than 33 years of contributions across information technologies, network innovations, e-learning, intellectual property, and vocational training. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Computer Networks) from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), USA, and his work spans high-speed data transmission, routing protocols, security architectures, and applied R&D.

Dr. Bahattab is the Co-founder and has served as Head of Technology at High Speed Networks Solutions (HSNS), transforming cutting-edge inventions into market-ready products and guiding technology roadmaps from concept to commercialization. His leadership roles include Dean of the College of Telecom and Electronics, IT Center Director, Chief Editor of the Saudi Journal of Technical and Vocational Training, and consultant to government and education sectors.

A recognized thought leader, he has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences on advanced networking, wireless communications, secure data aggregation, and performance optimization. He has received multiple honors, including a Silver Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva and a Bronze Medal in Belgium, as well as a personal Letter of Recognition from King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Dr. Akhtar Waqqas Khattak is a seasoned Solution Architect and Strategic Technology Leader with deep expertise in Solution Architecture, DevOps, and Data Architecture. He has led programs spanning enterprise-scale systems, CI/CD adoption, and modernization across telecom and cloud ecosystems.

His career includes leading the strategic vision, partnerships, and global commercialization of ROACM (Route Once and Cross-connect Many)—an innovative networking technology that offers significant advantages over traditional approaches such as MPLS and Segment Routing in simplicity, performance, and efficiency.

In his role at RAWD Services, Dr. Khattak drives collaborations with major global technology vendors, including Intel, to integrate ROACM into advanced telecom and networking environments such as ORAN. He oversees R&D programs, feasibility studies, prototype development, and technical readiness for successful market adoption.

His work aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Local Content Program and Vision 2030—advancing technological sovereignty, workforce localization, and economic diversification. He has delivered consultancy across Germany and the UAE, enabling organizations to optimize development processes and accelerate digital innovation.

Mr. Edgard Saad is an accomplished business development leader and technology strategist with extensive experience in global telecommunications, IT, networking, and AI infrastructure across EMEA. He has consistently delivered growth by aligning customer needs with scalable solutions and high-impact partnerships.

He has successfully delivered hardware, software, and service solutions to major telco, IT, and enterprise clients—building trusted relationships, uncovering opportunities, and executing go-to-market plans that accelerate innovation and revenue.

He currently directs EMEA business development, leading sales and support teams, opening new markets, and forging partnerships in AI, data centers, and telecommunications with industry leaders and hyperscalers.

He also acts as a Business Development Consultant for composable AI infrastructure solutions, expanding brand awareness and supporting strategic deal closures across sectors including life sciences, research, and enterprise AI.

As the Co-Founder of a technology intelligence platform, he delivers curated insights on AI, networking, and data center infrastructure—supporting decision-makers with competitive analysis and market research.

His previous roles include senior positions in networking vendors and operators, where he strengthened customer engagement and led technical-commercial pursuits from solution design to deployment.

Holding a Master’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Communication Engineering, together with executive education in Business Strategy and Financial Performance, Edgard blends technical depth with commercial leadership. He is multilingual, enabling effective collaboration across diverse markets.

Mr. Heimdall Siao is an accomplished networking executive with extensive experience designing carrier-grade hardware and software solutions, driving business growth, and leading global teams. He enables data center operators, telecom providers, and cloud enterprises to adopt open-networking technologies that reduce cost without compromising performance.

He is an expert in data center switching, AI/ML interconnects, and next-generation telecom networks, with executive leadership in multinational organizations. His academic background includes an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Georgia Institute of Technology) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (University of California, Berkeley).

Serving as a leader in open networking, he directed global strategy, product development, and customer engagement for open hardware and SONiC-based data center and AI/ML software solutions—accelerating adoption across hyperscale and enterprise environments.

He is credited with overseeing deployments of advanced data center architectures (leaf-spine CLOS fabrics, 64×400G super-spines) and AI/ML GPU interconnects using Broadcom Tomahawk-based platforms—adopted by U.S. enterprises including EV manufacturers, major financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, and retailers.

His experience includes growing international footprints with successful projects across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, India, and Japan. He enabled global data centers and AI operators to deploy 400G and 800G whitebox leaf-spine networks on open-source SONiC platforms, significantly reducing total cost of ownership.

He has led the transition of fiber broadband and telecom providers from legacy networking to flexible, cost-effective open networking, and championed the development and deployment of SONiC for hyperscale and enterprise cloud customers.

Adel A. Al-Reshaid is the Chief Financial Officer of RAWD Services, where he leads all financial strategy, planning, and governance functions across the company’s growing portfolio of ventures. With nearly three decades of progressive financial and leadership experience spanning Saudi Arabia’s public and private sectors, Mr. Al-Reshaid has earned a reputation as a disciplined financial strategist and an architect of sustainable growth.

Since joining RAWD Services in 2024, Mr. Al-Reshaid has overseen the company’s operating expense forecasting, capital expenditure modeling, and enterprise-wide budget consolidation. His leadership ensures rigorous alignment between business unit financial inputs and board-level objectives, while establishing clear KPI frameworks to drive transparency and accountability across all RAWD engagements. In this capacity, he plays a central role in enabling RAWD’s participation in landmark initiatives, including the Diamond Falcon Data Center, which positions the Kingdom as a hub of advanced digital infrastructure.

Before RAWD, Mr. Al-Reshaid served as a Finance, Budgeting, and Planning Consultant at Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he advised on enterprise-scale financial modeling and system modernization. Earlier, during a distinguished career with Saudi Telecom Company (STC), he advanced through leadership roles in budgeting, financial planning, enterprise loyalty management, and customer retention management. Among his achievements at STC, he delivered loyalty programs such as Qitaf Business and Qitaf Key Accounts, retaining billions in enterprise value and reinforcing STC’s leadership in customer engagement.

Mr. Al-Reshaid began his career as an accountant with the Ministry of Communications before advancing to senior budgeting and financial planning leadership at STC. His educational foundation includes a B.Sc. in Accounting from King Saud University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has further enhanced his executive expertise through global leadership and finance programs in London, Paris, Madrid, and Oxford.
